    Thanks so much Tyrone!

  2. Wow … after all this time I thought I knew Tyrone. Thanks to Conscious Livelihood I realize there’s much, much more to Tyrone than ‘just’ his proven expertise on relationship building, marketing, advertising and outsourcing. A fascinating personality. Needless to say, I truly enjoyed you’re new site and the interview. Way to go. With best wishes for success.

  3. Well, Michelle, you have done it again. You are the Queen of Reinvention.

Glad you included Talking Books TV here. It is a brilliant idea.

Tyrone is one of my favorite bloggers. I follow him closely. He is unique in that he is so generous with information. There is not the idea ‘If you buy my —-Whatever, you will learn.

He is forthcoming with the information right there. Ihave learned so much from him and he teaches in such a sweet and open way.

His bio was so interesting. Who knew he was so involved in so many things?

    Something like you.

Corinne I reinvent every year or 2.. but like you, all my projects build on each other! Luckily Tyrone has given some great advice to help me get it all done!

I’ve had a full-time VA for a few years now and they are just great. It does take a while to find the right one – well it did me!

I found a lot of the resumes I went through were exaggerated – i.e. they said they had skills they didn’t really have.

But once you have found ‘the one’ (or 2 or 3 or…), there is no going back.

When my VA is off ill or not around…I can sometimes feel lost!

Great interview as always Michelle! I’ve spoken to Tyrone quite a few times and value his expertise. I’m still working towards outsourcing the non-technical parts of my business, slowly but surely!

    Andrew.

I’ve gone through many VA’s. and I haven’t found ‘the one’ yet.. Part of my trouble is the time it takes to train. I do have one VA who understands my business and brings great ideas to the table. She’ll I’ll hang on to!

Interesting to learn so much more about Tyrone, certainly sounds a very well organised entrepreneur. Which I’m not. I’m still very much a hobby blogger who dips his toe into the business side from time to time, so I’m not going to get a VA just yet!

  8. I have an amazing VA which is now part-time, but the plan is to have her full time this year.

    Great interview!

  9. I will admit Michelle, that it did take time for find this VA – so don’t lose faith!

  10. Hi Tyrone,

Great tips here. It’s always important to start from the end of mind. Most people oversee that.

    Hi Michelle,
Tyrone helped me find a virtual assistant for some project work. They were fabulous! The amount of time saved and frustration avoided was well worth the cost.

  12. Just a big thank you to everyone for leaving great comments. I appreciate and admire everyone’s sincere words.

  13. I’m getting closer and closer to starting the VA search! I just need time to get my act together first. :)
